March lunchtime club

There is a change to the March lunch club talk, it is now:
“Hull’s Heroines: a celebration for international women’s day”. Tuesday 8 March, 12.30 - 1.30pm at the Hull History Centre, Worship Street and marks the 100th anniversary of international women's day.
To celebrate the anniversary, a panel of local historians and academics are looking into the lives of women from the area who have made a contribution to society or played a major role in the emancipation of women. Local examples include Amy Johnson, Winifred Holtby, Jean Hartley and Ada Hartley
