East Yorkshire Local History Society

Wetwang Local History Group are a flourishing local history group, who are aware of the surge of interest in East Yorkshire heritage and have invited local groups to take part in their history weekend.

The main event will be a photographic exhibition based on the history of Wetwang.

Light refreshments will be available on all three days, but if you require something more substantial there are two excellent pubs in the village serving meals and of course the famous 'Wetwang Chippy' is open all day.

Members of the Wetwang History group will be in attendance for the whole time and manning a book stand. A café will be open for light refreshments. There is no charge for this event.
