Beverley-born artist Fred Elwell RA (1870-1958) trained at the academies of Lincoln, Antwerp and Paris, exhibited at the Paris Salon and London's Royal Academy, but spent much of his life documenting the people and places of his home town - including the works now displayed in replica on Beverley's open-air Elwell Trail [1]. .

The year 2020 marks the 150th Anniversary of Fred Elwell's birth, and his biographers Wendy Loncaster and Malcolm Shields are celebrating with a very special offer..
